Learn Hypnosis – Learning Perceptual Positioning

When you learn hypnosis, the most important thing is to understand the hypnotic process and master the different techniques, witch which you can carry it out. However, there are techniques that can help you become even more influential.

Perceptional positioning is one of the most powerful techniques that can help you become a master practitioner. This scientific term is used to describe what we call putting yourself in the other person’s shoes. Basically, you have to see things from your subject’s point of view.

Why is this important? When you learn hypnosis, you learn how to use different words and phrases to influence people. The problem is that you may choose the ones that are ineffective for influencing the person you want to put under your spell.

This is where perceptual positioning comes in. As long as you know what the person ultimately wants, you will be able to choose the right techniques and the best words for hypnotizing him.

How do you accomplish perceptional positioning? There are three different ways and all of them are effective for different situations. You can readily apply all of them, as you learn hypnosis.

When you know the person well, it is easy to put yourself into his shoes. The other method is to do some research on the person. You can readily take note of what he does and how he acts in different situations. You can read his profile in a social network. You can also ask around.

The third method, which works extremely well, is to ask questions. There are many different questions you can ask to figure out what the person thinks and wants. When asking questions, you can readily make speculations that the other person can confirm or reject.

You have just found out how to use perceptual positioning, when you learn to hypnotize. Keep reading to find out more. Start with my article Learn Hypnosis-Get People To Finally Do what You Want.
