Hypnosis – Changing Perspectives for Hypnosis

hypnosis article 150x150 Hypnosis Changing Perspectives for Hypnosis

One of the important things is to understand how people think.

I will use the good old example of the glass, which may be half full or half empty. The glass and the amount of water in it are the same, but different people view them differently, depending on their values, beliefs and way of thinking.

The perspective of a person is a powerful tool in hypnosis because you can change the perspective of any person on any subject to your advantage. This tool is particularly powerful for one particular reason. When the person changes his perspective, he will be more susceptible to influencing.

I will give you another simple example to show you this. Let’s say that you are trying to influence a coworker of yours to work with you on a project after normal office hours. He sees it as something that will ruin his plans for his free time.

However, if you are skillful in hypnosis, you will be able to change his perspective for a positive one. You can readily make your coworker see working overtime as something beneficial for his income as well as for his career. You can readily focus on the work giving him more satisfaction.

One of the best ways to change perspectives is to actually exploit the person’s values, beliefs and desires. Using the example above, if your coworker wants promotion you can readily use this desire of his to change his perspective.

It is a good idea to rely on visualization techniques for changing perspectives. It is particularly effective to make the person see the outcome, as you hypnotize him.
