Hypnosis – An Effective Covert Hypnosis Technique

If you want to become a master of hypnosis, you have to learn something new every day. That is why it is always recommended to look for new techniques, study them and adopt them.

Now, I will show you one of the simplest hypnosis techniques for pacing and leading. It is often referred to as “the more, the more”. This might sound strange, so I will explain the technique in greater detail.

Firstly, you have to emphasize on the action the person is actually doing. By using “the more” to refer to the action, you put the emphasis on the continuation of the action. It is a good tool for pacing because the action the person is doing is true and verifiable.

The second action that you will emphasize on with the second “the more” is supposed to take the person closer to the action that you want him to do. You may use it to lead rather than to pace, but it might not work, as the suggestion comes too soon.

Here is an example of how to use this pace and lead pattern for hypnosis. Let’s say that you want the person to get a task done instead of you. You can readily say to him, “The more we talk about doing this task, the more you realize the benefits from doing it.”

Then, you can readily make your lead by slipping in the embedded command. Remember that it should be a logical continuation of the previous statement.

Using the example above, you can say, “The more we talk about doing this task, the more you realize the benefits from doing it to the point in which, you do it determinedly.” You can readily mold this pattern to fit literally any social situation.
