Hypnosis – Applying Hypnosis through Writing

hypnosis article 150x150 Hypnosis Applying Hypnosis through Writing

However, most people do not know that you can hypnotize through writing. Basically, instead of having a conversation with someone, you can write to them.

The idea here is that hypnosis can be used in personal, business and sales letters as well as in ads. The techniques do not differ at all from the ones you can use during a conversation.

You can use the exact same methods to build rapport, get someone into trance and influence them with an embedded command. It does not matter whether you are writing an email to a friend or a formal letter to a prospect business customer. You have to use the exam same techniques for hypnosis.

The first task is to build rapport. Since you cannot use mirror imaging, you have to rely mostly on words.

You have to use power words, such as “see” and “notice” to grab the attention of the reader. You should also flatter the person as well. The pattern, “Writing to you as (a caring parent/a successful business manager/true friend)” is particularly effective for bonding with the person on a subconscious level.

If you want to make the opening of your letter more attractive and more binding, you can readily ask a number of questions to identify a problem, desire or belief.

For instance, if you are in sales, you can start your letter, with, “Are you wondering how to close 99% of sales?” The answer is obviously, “yes”. In general, the idea here is to grab the attention of the reader and make him read on.

Then, you can readily get the person into a state of trance with “Imagine”. This is the best phrase to use when writing. Your next task is to just explain the benefits the person will get from doing what you want. Be descriptive and use positive adjectives. Finally, make your embedded command.
