Learn Hypnosis – 3 Tips for Making Embedded Commands

self 150x150 Learn Hypnosis 3 Tips for Making Embedded Commands

For a lot of novice practitioners, making an embedded command is simply telling the person what to do. However, things are a bit more complex than that.

Making embedded commands has its specifics that you have to learn, as you learn hypnosis. You can improve this element of conversational hypnosis by using the following tips.

1) Use a transitive verb to make the command more precise.

Transitive verbs have a subject and at least one object. You need to use this to make the hypnotic suggestion detailed and clear to the person you are influencing.

For instance, you should say, “You should buy this product to get benefit X”, instead of saying just “Buy.”

2) Lower your voice so that the command can reach the subconscious mind directly.

You need to remember that the person you are influencing is, or at least should be, in a state of trance and not asleep, when you are making the respective hypnotic suggestion. This means that he will certainly hear it, when you lower your voice.

When you are lowering your voice, you are automatically making the perception stronger while bypassing the crucial mind.

It is a good idea for you to practice this technique, as you learn hypnosis. In this way, you will be able to use it naturally.

3) Use tag questions to make embedded commands sound more natural.

Instead of saying, “You should buy this product”, you may want to use “You wan to buy this product, don’t you?” This is much more conversational while working in exactly the same way.

Just remember that you should lower your voice when making the hypnotic suggestion and especially when pronouncing the latter part of the sentence.
