Hypnosis – Is Reframing Objections Necessary with Hypnosis?

Hypnosis70 150x150 Hypnosis Is Reframing Objections Necessary with Hypnosis?

It is not easy to understand hypnosis, especially if you have not seen how it is done by a professional in a real life setting. That is why a lot of novice practitioners who are still learning are confused about some aspects of the process. One of them is reframing objections.

Reframing objections is simply a technique that allows you to counter objections before they are being mentioned and without mentioning them.

For instance, if you want to make a friend take a walk with you, but it is chilly outside, you can say, “It is such a lovely day outside and the air is so fresh.”

You can see how you are not directly referring to the cold. At the same time, you are not telling the person that the weather is warm either, as this is a lie.

Many people who are just starting to learn hypnosis think that since the person is into trance, he cannot have any objections in mind so he will not make them.

This is possible, but only if the person is into a deep state of trance. In addition, the person may consider objections in his mind without actually mentioning them.

The problem is that you cannot know with certainty whether he is in deep trance and whether he is considering objections. This is especially true for those who do not have much experience in hypnosis.

Hence, it is always best to inoculate objections using reframing. If you know how to use this technique correctly, the person will not guess your intention. He will just accept what you are telling him and his objection will be automatically countered in his mind.

You should definitely learn and master this technique while learning hypnosis. It will be of great use to you.
