Learn to Hypnotize – Using the Subject’s Subconscious Mind Fully

You want to learn to hypnotize. In order to do it effectively, you must learn to exploit every opportunity to the fullest.

The main task of every hypnotist is to reach the subconscious mind of the subject and influence it. This is the part of the brain that is responsible for our instinctive actions, thoughts, feelings and impulses.

If you want to learn to hypnotize, you have to be able to use the subconscious mind effectively. You have to trigger thoughts. You have to make the person imagine what you want them to do. Then, you have to make positive associations and trigger positive emotions.

However, this is not the only role of the subconscious mind. As I highlighted earlier, it is responsible for instinctive, naturally occurring actions.

As long as you have influenced the subconscious mind of the subject, he will use his conscious mind to make a decision to do what you want. At the same time, he will be doing all the actions necessary subconsciously.

For instance, if you have decided to write a letter, you will just sit behind the computer and open the respective program and then start typing. You will do all these actions subconsciously. You will not be saying to yourself, “Now I have to sit behind the computer.”

I have given this example to illustrate the fact that you have to be very precise, when influencing the subconscious mind, if you want to learn to hypnotize.

You have to make suggestions about the actual thing that the subject has to do as well as about the actions leading to it and associated with it. This is what you should focus on, if you want to learn to hypnotize effectively.

You will see that the more detailed your commands are the better the results will be.

You are now on your way to learn to hypnotize masterfully. Keep learning with my article Learn To Hypnotize With Embedded Commands.
